Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all of our customers. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.

Processing Time:

  • All orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    Please note that for certain brands or items, products may appear as “In Stock” on our website but may require additional time for processing and shipping due to storage location, supplier handling time, or temporary backorder status.

    While most of our catalogue is available year-round, some items may occasionally become unavailable or temporarily out of stock even if they are shown as in stock at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will notify you promptly with an updated processing timeframe or available options.

    You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods and Rates:

  • We offer the following shipping options:

    • Standard Shipping (10-14 business days) – $10
    • Expedited Shipping (5 business days) – $20

    Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the size/weight of your order.

International Shipping:

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, and customs fees or duties may apply depending on the destination.
  • Please note that international shipping may take longer, depending on the destination country’s customs processing time.

Free Shipping:

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 (within Canada only).

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order status at any time using the tracking link provided.

Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to meet our estimated shipping times, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
  • We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as possible.

Order Cancelation:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled, including items on backorder.
  • For in-stock items, cancellation requests made after 24 hours may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Backordered items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order has been placed with the supplier.
  • If a backordered item exceeds 6 months without an estimated arrival date, or if we are notified that the item will no longer be available, a full refund will be issued for that item.

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items:

  • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at contactus@kimospace.com email or phone +1289-201-5464 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.
